BIG DOG NATIONWe are about a week away from the grundle of the annual sports calendar. No football, no basketball, no hockey - only baseball. Typically when this happens we see a nice bump in the baseball card market, so we are hunting for a baseball buy before the all star break. With a 6 month recovery timeline for Eloy Jimenez back in March, it looked like his season was over before it started. It is early July and this man/robot has somehow recovered and claims to be "200 percent healthy". As absurd as that sounds by any measure, I believe...

Some of them will be more obvious, obviously. There aren't many bust-proof players in rounds, 7 8 9... or they wouldnt be bust proof bitch.  Sometime you just need a player that'll anchor your team. You're emotionally unstable. You've been hurt too many times, so you need a sure thing. Sorry this is getting too personal. Like animal last year at the TE position. He had more 0 point games from his TE position than he did TE1 weeks. We've got a couple of options for him in 2021 that are bust-proof.   I asked you guys on Instagram (make...

"10 of Bevell's 14...

BIG DOG NATIONWhen it comes to signings or trades in the NFL this typically only brings up the value of each player in the short term as long as they are flex players (QB/RB/WR/TE). In the long term trades and signings depend on the landing spot and skill of the players. We know that Philly is discussing a long term big money deal with young stud tight end Dallas Goedert, and it looks like Zach Ertz last days as an Eagle is drawing closer. With Ertz leaving town this will free up a number of targets for Goedert, especially in the...

Overall point here:     Diontae Johnson - Steelers   His numbers last season should have been significantly better — a league-leading 14 drops left a lot of meat on the bone. But drops are a volatile data point that come and go by season, and Johnson is unlikely to be burned as badly in that area going forward. And I love this quote from Matt Harmon in his RP write up of Johnson: "if you’re dinging for Johnson for his drop rate (10.6 percent), you better keep that same energy for universally beloved young receivers with Reception Perception drop...
